INTRODUCTION TO NORTHPOINT
“Northpoint is an idea born out of real life corporate need, dictated by an evolving business environment in the mid-nineties” said Prem Mehta, Mentor, Northpoint Centre of Learning (Former Chairman, Lintas India)
Northpoint is NOT just another business school.
The Northpoint Centre of Learning aims at promoting business success by empowering working executives and young professionals with specialized knowledge and decision-making skills.
The Northpoint model focuses on creating actionable knowledge through an optimum blend between contemporary theory and a rigorous exposure to practice. Training is largely conducted through a partnership between academicians and practising managers with extensive and successful experience to back their point of view.
Essentially, Northpoint programs strive to develop managers capable of assuming and delivering responsibilities with a high degree of excellence, thereby building successful careers.
Northpoint’s primary aim is to bridge the gap between the industry’s need for effective talent, and the needs and aspirations of young professionals. Hence, Northpoint has delved into the following areas to provide the most significant and appropriate training:
